Design features of non-hermetic dry power transformers N-class SG(B) series

1. Unique porcelain insulating structure using MORA insulating cylinder and high frequency ceramic pad will never deform.

2. High and low pressure coils are first made of NOMEX insulation material and repeatedly impregnated with specially designed H-grade insulation using VIP vacuum equipment.After repeated firing, they are sealed on the outside with high-strength insulation.material and cures at high temperature.The high voltage coil adopts a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation conditions.

3. The iron core is made of imported high-quality silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability, and adopts a stepped design with a fully inclined angle of 45°.The winding and core are equipped with elastic fixing devices, due to which the transformer has a low no-load level.losses and noise.The surface of the iron core is processed using special technology.The iron core is moderately clamped by the tension screw, and the upper and lower clamps are connected by tension plates and fixed to the base and the winding as a whole.The winding is fixed with elastic gaskets.The buffer design reduces vibration intensity.windings and reduce noise.

4. The lead wire terminal is fixed at the top of the winding, the tap is in the middle of the winding, and the low voltage wire terminal is a plate conductive rod and cold pressure welded.
